Hughesnet customer service is VERY VERY poor on the NEW and (improved) email system.

Hughesnet customer service is VERY VERY poor on the NEW and (improved) email system. It has over 10 days and still no resolution to my problem. The problem was supposedly escalated for a solution. A "William" at 301-601-4151 called and said the problem would be fixed by Monday. It is Tuesday now and it is NOT fixed. Nor can I get "William" on the phone at 301-601-4151. Hughesnet is going down the DRAIN!!!

We just got word from William that he had talked to you this morning and he has heard back from our engineers this afternoon and your e-mail address has been restored. Please check to see if you can now access your e-mail address. Also we have created a complimentary dispatch to realign your dish and replace your modem. Everything should be working well after the repair this Thursday morning. Thank you again for getting in touch with us so we could help.
