I am very unhappy !

I am very unhappy ! I was originally told if we rented I don't equipment it would be no early disconnection fee I am now told her I would have to pay over $200 to cancel I told the lady original I have an early fees if I disconnected I did not want this so she told me they would not be any just to make a sale!! And and everybody there has been a problem We were in Florida for six months and they turned it back on and start charging me When calling them they only keep saying I am sorry I am sorry

Welcome and thanks for posting. Can you clarify what you mean? You were told you could cancel with no fees if you purchased your equipment?
