I called in my bill was suppost to be discounted

Are you saying that your discount is not there or that you can't pay your bill online? You may want to call 866-347-3292 to have the reps check into your account and figure out what's going on.

If there is no bill in the system it likely either hasn't been generated yet or you're on automatic billing and it was already paid.
