I called support again

Standard 40 min wait but pretty good music. 

Told the guy that I was testing my Roku that is hard wired into my Hughesnet HT2000 router. 

About every 10-12 min it will disconnect with this message. 


" your device may not be connected to the Internet. Please make sure your connection is working and try again."


The guy says it all looks good on his end. He says It may be that I will need to move closer to my wifi. 

There was nothing I could say to that. I could only smile and thank him for his help.
