I can not access ANY Microsoft websites of Microsoft accounts.

Liz or Amanda, I can not access any microsoft wesite.  I belive Hughesnet has blocked them PLEASE HELP!!  This is the 2nd time this has happened in 3 months, I can not acces any much needed document's in my microsoft accounts.

Yes the issue is still ongoing. The biggest hurdles are over but yes there will still be access issues. It is possible you can try changing the DNS setting in the modem to see if a different server can get you there. 

Instructions can be found at http://support.hughesnet.com/sites/support.hughesnet.com/files/inline-files/1041264-0001_a.pdf (see page 30 for DNS settings) - you can try a widely used DNS address set like Google's:

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4
