Hi ssshep52,

Can you tell me where you are seeing the message or error? Is it a HughesNet email address you are having trouble with?

Thank you,
Amanda

Hi ssshep52

Thanks. I did a little research on this. This might mean that you need to re-enter your password for your e-mail address in the settings of your e-mail program. Do you use Windows 10?

Thanks, Yes I do use Windows 10?  Does that make a difference?

Okay, thank you, that just means that the error I was researching is the correct one. Have you tried going into your Windows 10 E-mail program and updating your e-mail username and password?

No I haven't.  What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

Hi ssshep52,

Here is the full article from Microsoft: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Your-account-settings-are-out-of-date-4484de9e-66b2-46a9-84...

Here are quick instructions:
The most common cause of an out-of-date account is an incorrect password.
Choose Fix account in the notification bar at the top of the Mail or Calendar app.
If your password is incorrect, you'll see a message asking you to update your password.
Enter the new password and choose Done.

You may also want to check the box that says "remember password" just in case.

I hope this works for you!

Thanks
Amanda
