I am paying for the 200 minutes of International calls and cant make any. SOMEONE IN TECH SUPPORT FIX THIS.
It is the ONLY REASON I GOT THE PHONE.

Are you sure the country you're trying to call is one that's included with the plan?
Unfortunately, though, the list of countries isn't working. They need to fix this. 😞
Edit: Found another list of the countries in the FAQs. 🙂
Germany IS on the list. I researched all of that before getting the service.
