Internet down since 7pm yesterday.

As a 5G user in rural Virginia, when will I expect my Internet to come back up? I've already had the power brick cycle through two resets with no results.

How long will I be waiting for engineering to look into it?

@Liz, is there a way that I can get some information on the progress? It's aggravating that I have to use a mobile hotspot and I'm paying for a service that is not being used.

Does the issue persist now? I ran diagnostics on your site and it's telling me that the equipment is working normally.
