Reasonable wifi signal but no wireless phone or skype available. Sunny, cloudless day. Any suggestions?
I see that you are new here, so welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Our engineering department has been made aware of your issue and is currently working on a fix to resolve your concerns.
I also pulled up your account to troubleshoot, but I am unable to detect any devices connected to your network, through Wi-Fi or a LAN cable. Please connect a device on the LAN side either using one of the 4 Ethernet ports on the Wi-Fi module or by connecting to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
I would also like to know more about the issue with the wireless phone and Skype. Base on your account, you currently do not have our phone service. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.
