I am a new customer transitioning from ATT DSL
for three days my HughesNet speed has bee less than 1Mbps and a check shows no connectivity
I have spent two days with customer support with no improvement
I am essentially out of business. This cannot continue.
Hi @Derek94904, the first thing is to go here and see what your system status is: http://192.168.0.1/#!/home/status
Could also post a screen snip of that page (SAN edited out) so we can see what bean and gateway you are on. A few have been having speed issues. Do you have a residential or business plan?
