Hi there. I got new modem to replace the broken one by mail. Tech support said just connect it and will program itself the new one and to do not call tjem for help. So is downloading something it shows a downloading bar. But has been like that for 3 days. And has good signal from sat. Is anything i supposed to do to program the modem faster. Any suggestiong humans???

You should repost this in the Tech Support section to get help from one of the mods.

  Thanks for posting and welcome to the community! I apologize the modem is taking so long to update. I would recommend calling into our tech support line at 1 866 347 3292. It sounds like the modem needs to be reinstalled. Please let me know if this helps.
