On December 17th I contacted support via chat and it was determained that I was below the threshold of 60%. They stated that someone would contact me within 72 hours. I was contacted last night 244 hours later and they left a message which was deleted in error. I contacted support this morning and they stated that they could not give me the pin number due to being confidential. I would just like a call back or an email back letting me know why my service is continued to be exttramly slow during the evening. I feel at this point I was tricked into signing up for a service that is not funtiuoning properly. When I was told I sas going to get 25 speeds and I am only getting 0.21 speed the product is so underperforming that it really should not be sold as faster.
