by the way, those speed tests were run consecutively, as soon as it said complete I hit retest again. The time stamp is accurate!

No, I don't. Can you tell me please? Yes, a 9000.

Wow, speed is in the tank also. Hopefully Warren will get back to you tomorrow.

This is why I get a little upset when they keep throwing "legacy" at me. This is NOT normal even for a legacy system.

Thanks sgoshe, but I figured it out and disabled it. Since nothing changed I re-enabled it. I don't know whether to leave it on or leave it off.

Probably doesn't really matter with your service being so slow anyway.

See, sgoshe, I'm used to Hughesnet being slow and never complain. Otherwise I wouldn't have kept it for 13+ years. But this is ridiculously slow and I am tired of Hughesnet telling me to basically "suck it up, buttercup".

I never did see the results of the diagnostics Warren promised me way up at the top of the page. That's when I get frustrated. When they simply do not follow through but expect me to spend half an hour running diagnostics on my end and posting the results.
