Re: J7 111000123266298 P

is it safe for me to post my san here? I am copying/pasting from my system info box to make sure it's right.

Never post your SAN !
If your SAN is visable in a Screenshot (snip) after you take it and save it, open a photo editing program like Microsoft Paint (included in all versions of Windows) and use the eraser function to edit it out and the "re-save" the snip with the same filename, (that "replaces" the one where your SAN was visable), do a double check that the new edited one is what you want, then post on the forum.

You're welcome. Set it to rectangular snip if taking screen snips, much easier.

Remember to give it a unique name rather than the default !

Re: J7 111000123266298 P

I have a rather silly question, and thanks guys for being patient with me, but when we use our san with phone help or in correspondence we leave off the HNS part of the DSS #, but with the tests am I supposed to start with HNS or DSS?
I've been using the DSS# without the HNSDSS#.

The DSS plus the numbers, no HN.

Carol,

Thanks for the reply and the screenshots. Allow me to explain here.

Your currently on the Gen3 Power 150 plan, and you should be averaging 1.5Mbps download and 250kbps upload. You are about on target for your daily, but your nightly speeds are off a bit.

We are going to change your gateway to see if this helps out the nightly speeds.
Please let us know if this helps your speeds during the night by taking screenshots and posting back here.

Your patience and cooperation is appreciated, and we look forward to hearing
back from you.

-Warren.
