Keep losing Internet connection I have tried ever thang to fix it

Using a device that is connected to the modem, either via LAN cable (preferable) or WiFi, see if you can get to the following modem page using either address...

 

www.systemcontrolcenter.com

http://192.168.0.1/#!/usage

 

Once there, click on System Status at the top of the page.  On the system status page, please tell me what you see for...

 

1.  The State Code in the System Summary box near the top?  Both the number and the corresponding text.

2.  The Satellite Receive Signal Strength in the WAN Info box on the lower left?  

 

Then click on System Information at the top of the page.  On the system information page, what do you see for...

 

1.  The Satellite Name?  It should say either Echostar 17 or Echostar 19.

2.  The Beam ID?
