Limited connectivity to gateway....tech support no help over phone.

I’ve called tech support over and over and still no help! I’m fed up. HughesNet is trash! I haven’t had internet on a consistent basis for almost a month now. They keep putting me on hold for 45 min only to lose connection aka hang up on me. I want my money back!

Please post a snapshot of the following page.  Make sure to edit out your SAN (starts with DSS), as this is your account number, which you should never post.

Though your service defintely appears to be having some issues, it would be best for you to start a new topic to keep it separate from the OP's.  You can do so by clicking on the blue "Start a topic" button on the upper right while in the tech suport section.  

 

I'd also recommend posting an updated picture in the new post.
