Lost connection all weekend/tech never showed today.

We lost complete service last Friday. I called in for support. This is a business account for my home office. After trouble -shooting It was determined that the equipment must have failed and they said a technician would be out today (Tuesday 8/11). Yesterday out of the blue it appears to be working but still is slow and can’t stream anything. The tech never showed and I haven’t heard from anyone.
