I'm having sent emails returned with the notation Mail Delivery Failure and the problem is spreading. It started with mail to a private server owned by a construction company and is now happening with mail sent to BellSouth and to HotMail. Based on what I have learned looking at older threads this is a chronic problem with hughes.net emails and is caused by the server and/or the sender appearing on email blacklists. A check just now shows smtp.hughes.net on four blacklists and my IP on one. This can only be resolved by Hughes but am unable to reach Tech Support; I hit a loop response with the first screen when trying to call in. Is there any way to bring this to the attention of
Are you replying to @MarkJFine ? His post was a reply to EMZ's post (and EMZ should post his issues separately from yours to help avoid confusion and to get individualised attention), and not a reply to you.

I was confused by the parachute post as well.
It sort of derailed Javapoppa's ticket, and hopefully EMZ will create his/her own ticket so s/he can get help separately.

I appologize if I confused the original end user by adding to a post which appears to be the same issue. If Hughes net would like another support ticket for perhaps the same issue then I will be happy to comply and open individual tickets for them to address going forward. Hopefully everyone else will also do the same so the root issue gets fixed in a timely manner!

Yes. With the particulars of your issue being quite different than what is being described and discussed in this topic, it would be beneficial for you to start a new one.
Edit: I should have looked first, but I see you have already created a new topic and Liz has replied to start helping you.
Hi javapoppa,
Please check your private messages (PM) in the top right corner of the community page as I've sent you a PM to further address your concerns.
Thanks,
