1: Which modem are you using? 2: Have you tried to disable WebAcceleration (TurboPage for HN series modems) and then restart your computer? 3: Which browsers have you attempted to use? 4: Have you attempted to reset the browser your using to it's default state and disable any plugins or extensions?
I just tried the link you posted, and with Web Acceleration turned off on an HT1100 modem, could download the file in under a second.
Thanks for this update! Please remember to re-enable Web Acceleration when you're done downloading your files from those sites, as continuing to browse with Web Acceleration off will eventually result in a degraded performance.
