In order to save our main data we all got up at 4:30 am and did our downloading and other internet usage. Then we checked our meter and it was ll taken out of our main usage, the "bonus bytes" remained unchanged. I called Hughesnet about it and they said they had not way of telling which storage our usage was charged to..... after the fact???? Really in today's tech world, they can't look back and see that our usage was during off peak ours but the charge was to our main data? The phone tech told me the only answer was to call them while we are using the data. I will try that early tomorrow morning.
