I see it's your first post here, so welcome to the community! I was able to locate your account and run diagnostics on your site. Just so I understand the situation, your internet is working normally, but the modem is not picking up the Voice service's ATA box?
Is it currently connected to the modem? The diagnostics is showing that there is nothing connected directly to the modem.
