I unplugged my modem for approx 12 hours and when I reconnected power supply, the modem does not connect to internet. Customer service was not helpful and wanted to send a technician to evaluate, at my expense! There has been no change or alteration to system and/or setup. Seems simple to me... I need a new Gen5 wireless modem. Can you help??
