Modems transmit led won’t light up.

Hi! My modem will not light up "transmit" led. Please help. I have completed several hard resets and resinked geni and modem

That should have said modem transmit light not coming on

Is there or has there been any bad weather (such as snow) where you're at or where the gateway (ground station) is?  

When you go to the modem's internal page here, what's the number next to State Code?
