Today is new cycle data allowance did not reset

Open the modems internal SCC at 192.168.0.1

What does it indicate ?

Good morning shelbroc,

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. As Gwalk asked above, can you please type 192.168.0.1 into your browser's address bar and hit enter? Let us know what you see on that System Control Center screen. It will normally tell you how long until your next data reset. Connect your computer directly to the HughesNet modem if you need to.
