First, I apologize for responding with such delay. I have your account pulled up and have sent your diagnostics to someone here to get some expert advice. At first, it appears to be a signal issue - dropping in and out. However, we don't see anything in the logs that indicate signal problems and it actually looks healthy besides our historical records. We may need to send someone out, but I need to hear back from the engineer first. I appreciate your patience and assure you we can get this resolved.
Amanda! Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. since logging on first thing this morning I have not lost connection once, are you sure there was nothing done on your end? Up until today it's been going out multiple times an hour. I'll keep you posted.
