Is your speed slow, or not working? You didn't give a lot of details, could you better explain your problem? Are you In FAP, have you gone to http://192.168.0.1
If slowness is your issue, could you please go to testmy.net and run a few speed tests and post the results here? When running a speed test make sure to do both upload and download, and select the 12Mb size for the most accurate results.
If you are out of data, your current plan may not be enough. I would either cut back your usage or upgrade your plan.
I would also recommend installing glasswire on your computers as it is great for blocking programs, monitoring usage for each computer, and quite a few other things. Glasswire.com
Satellite internet is also not really for streaming on a constant basis, I would recommend getting cable or satellite tv. That way you have more bandwidth available for other things. It will probably be cheaper than buying more bandwidth all the time.
We stream quite a bit, lucky to have the Ultra plan though, still don't do HD. Low definition or SD at the highest. Streamed Netflix and YouTube even when we had lower data plans. Have to manage it is all like everything else on metered service.
I am really sorry to hear you're having issues but would love to help you get them fixed. I'd like to know a little more about your home network - what device are you using that you are having trouble streaming? Does it happen on all of your devices?
