Need ATA associated to MY account

To whom it may concern:

Good morning. I received my ATA yesterday and set it up correctly. I attempted to activate the ATA online with HughesNet Online and was presented the following error:

"Your ATA is already associated with another account and cannot be activated."

Please correct this deficiency as soon as possibe.

My MAC for the ATA is 00109933EDB2.

My SAN is [edited to protect your privacy]

Thank you.

Respectfully,

Samuel E. Beasley, CISSP

Good morning Samuel,

Your MAC address that was still associated with another account has been deleted from that account and should be available to you. Can you please try re-activating your ATA? Please let me know how it goes.

Your patience and understanding are much appreciated.

Hi Samuel,

I see in your account notes that you now have dial tone after re-activating the ATA with assistance from our phone agent, I'm glad to see this. Please don't hesitate to reach out for help again if you have additional concerns.
