Need Some Help

So i don't exactly know where to post this since i am new to this site but i accidently bought some tokens and i would like to have them and charge for the tokens removed from my account please

Just for info: though you may not be able to get a refund and revocation of your tokens, the token data rolls over, so even if you don't use it this month it will stay with you in case you need it at some later time.  Token data isn't a "use it or lose it" type of data.    


But, with that said, the reps are on M-F, from approximately 8AM to 5PM EST.  It can take them a little time to answer, so that you didn't get an answer today (Friday) doesn't mean they won't do so.
