Thank for you for the screencaps and the clarification. Unless you've spoken with a HughesNet rep on the phone and they've explicitly said they would give you complimentary tokens, I wouldn't suggest going crazy with that claim button. Unless you're a legacy customer, we don't automatically give away free tokens. I just double checked your account and still no negative number of tokens, so that's good.
