Now I can't even connect to the network at all when I try logging on with tablets or my cellphone. I've reset the router and modem multiple times before this is asked, this is not the solution. It would be nice to go at least a month without experiencing problems. It would be better if prices were reduced seeing as there's nothing but problems with the service.
You mentioned a router and modem. Are you able to connect to the net with devices that are connected directly to the HughesNet modem with a LAN and without having your router connected?
BTW, please only reset the HughesNet modem when instructed to by a HughesNet rep, and then only in the manner they instruct. Resetting the modem incorrectly or in the wrong instance can cause more harm than good.
