New Customer and so far not impressed

Only been with Hughes net for 1 month. Still getting buffering on my cell when watching FB videos. Cancelled the phone cause the services was so bad. I don't have many choices where I live. I have had a repair guy out once to try and fix buffering issues. Any other suggestions.

So how is it with a computer connected directly to the modem, no router? Many things with the cell phone could be causing buffering and/or your router.

Most important points:
-do the tests while directly connected to the HughesNet modem
-use the 12MB test file
-space each test at least 5 minutes apart
-post your results URL here, it may look something like http://testmy.net/quickstats/[yourusername]
