New Customer unsatisfied

I do not have enough internet to even say we have a connection I have had all of two weeks and cannot use properly. I have contacted everyone within the company and everyone says my system on their end is good, help or I will have to return the equipment. I just would like to stream netflix and use internet on my phone.
