Just to reiterate, the following is what's needed, not the individual test results...

Re: New Internet incredibly slow

Your speeds look fine. The downloads are faster than advertised, and the uploads are within normal parameters (max is 3Mbps up for the service).  I wonder if what you're experiencing is congestion.  Satellite internet is very susceptible to that, and if you come from a terrestrial service, it's a culture shock.

Do you experience the issue at all times or just in the evening?

The issue is constant. It is not a specific day or time. I can not watch any videos without it continually buffering. This is on my work computer that I use on different wifi's with no issues. What can I do to get things to stop constantly buffering?

It doesn't look like the test sizes stuck (25MB down and 4MB up), but it likely doesn't matter at this point, as your overall speeds look fine.

A couple of things you can try regarding the video buffering is reducing the video resolution, whether with the app you're using or at the source or web page, and/or turning off or pausing the Video Data Saver.

Unfortunately, one of the drawbacks of geostationary satellite internet is the high latency, and that high latency can often wreak havoc on things that are sensitive to it, such as some streaming.  Some streaming services seem to be more susceptible than others, and it can even effect things like Youtube and Facebook videos.  Those two things to try mentioned above may help, but there's no guarantee.
