No Internet Connection

For the past 3 or 4 hours I haven't been able to connect to the internet.  Signal strength is good, dish is clean of snow, but the system screen indicates that it's "operational, but in a degraded condition" (yellow system status). 

The diagnostic code is : 0204-8021-7600-0005

I've rebooted once, and unpluged for a minute and plugged in again but neither step fixed the problem.   Any help would be greatly appreciated. . .

Sounds like the weather is affecting your signal. When you go to this page: http://192.168.0.1/#!/home/status

What is the number next to System Code?

 

You may have to wait it out if it's weather affecting the signal.

I don't see "System Code" but the State Code is: 30.1.1 -- Web acceleration connection in backoff state.

 

I'll wait it out.  Pretty sure everything is fine on my end.  Thank goodness for Verizon 4G on my MiFi, or I would be going bonkers!  Smiley Very Happy

Hi GWEvans,

 

Thanks for reaching out. After running diagnostics on your site, looks like the equipment is working normally, it's just indicating that weather may be a factor in your current performance. I would wait it out until the service improves. I'll keep this thread open until end of next week in case you need to post updates.
