My advice would be to wait until you hear from a rep on here, if you can. Unfortunately, it probably won't be until at least Monday, but I think you'll have better luck with the reps here. 🙂
it could be one of probly 3 thrings. could be modem, could be radio, could need repointed. are all the lights on on your modem? i am a install tech for them.
unfortunatly someone is gonna have to come out on a repair call. was there lightning strikes close by?
