We are in the Sioux City Iowa area and this morning our Internet stopped working. The System light, and transmit up and down lights are turned off on our router. Restarting does nothing. Is there an outage? If not, we may need a tech to come out and see what is going on.
If anyone wants to try to troubleshoot it remotely, let me know what you need.

Once the HughesNet page populates, please click on System Status at the top of the page and post what the System State code is here. It should be in a 0.0.0 format.
