Are you looking for help on this site? This site is to get tech issues escalated to the corporate reps. They may be able to see notes from the calls you've already made, but it might be a good idea to provide some more detail about the problem. You said you have had no wifi for a few days and that you have talked to phone reps. What have you or they done to troubleshoot?
Keep in mind cancellation before your contract is over carries a $$$ penalty. It might be worth it for you to stick around, provide some more info, and see what the reps on this site have to say.
