The "Usage" tab is telling me that I've used no data. I know that is not accurate since we're 11 days into the billing cycle and have been using the internet through HN. Why might the usage tab not be showing the data usage and how can I fix it?

Tbarg, that's because during the first 20 days of your subscription HughesNet refills your data constantly. This is done as a courtesy to allow you to do things like update software without worrying that you will run out of data. The honeymoon ends soon, though, and after the first 20 days, data will be deducted from your account as you use it.
