OpenID is not properly set for this user

I am having the same problems as several other people.  My dashboard will not display anything except this message "OpenID is not properly set for this user."  I tried all of the suggestions that I found.  I have rebooted my modem.  I have rebooted my router.  I have rebooted my computer.  I have even registered for a new account because I saw where someone suggested that, and STILL I am receiving the same message.  All I want to do is check my data usage.  Why is this task proving to be soooo difficult?

The sudden rash of complaints indicates (to me) that this is an issue on the Hughesnet side.  Hopefully someone there will get the Techs involved.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Our engineers were aware of this concern last night and have already worked to resolve the matter. I do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Certainly by now you should not be seeing the OpenID error when trying to check your data usage in the Support Center. However, if the OpenID error persists, please let us know.
