Poor service

We are very unhappy with our reception. Upload is terrible, .19! I am unable to watch any videos on Facebook. I am so frustrated. I am trying to work from home. Sheltering to prevent co-vid 19 spread. Facebook is how I connect with family and friends. The technician that set us up placed our receiver dish pointing directly into a tree. Service was bad but now that the tree is leafing out it is horrible. It needs to be fixed or I want out of my subscription.

To cancel, you will need to call 866-347-3292. You may have to pay an early termination fee if you're still under contract. See http://legal.hughesnet.com/ServiceTermsAndConditions-current.cfm

To avoid equipment charges, you will also need to return the equipment (modem, power pack, and the radio from the dish). You will get a kit to return the equipment when you cancel the account.
