I don't know if this will help at all, but it definitely won't hurt to try. On your computer, you could try setting your IPv4 DNS settings to Google's servers instead of the automatic settings that it's normally on. If you know how to get to your adapter settings, change your IPv4 setting to "Use the following DNS server address" and use 220.127.116.11 as the preferred and 18.104.22.168 as the alternate. As I said, it may not help, but it certainly won't hurt anything to try, and if it doesn't work you can just change it back to automatic, if you like. I changed mine to the Google DNS servers and actually found that web pages open a little quicker, too. I wasn't having any problems, but just decided to try it for the heck of it.
