Liz, I haven't received the "kit" to return the modem and dish unit. Would you please check?? Ric

Hi Ric,

I just pulled up your account and I see it's already pending termination. Your service will terminate September 6, and at that point, you will be shipped the prepaid return kit to pack up and return your equipment. So about 10 business days from September 6, or sooner, you will receive the return kit.
