Did you ever resolve this?

 

I use http://wirelesstag.net/ at my home with no issues, but at my lake house with HughesNet Gen 5 I constantly get timeouts and the support at that site says the connection is being dropped and they use IRC to talk between their cloud and the local tag manager.

I'm testing connections using HexChat, and do get some connection errors, the http://wirelesstag.net/ support says this is the issue, any idea why it would be happening?
