I am paying for a service I cannot even use!! I am sick beyond belief that my retirement is being spent od something I saa as close to a scam as I can get. I thought I was going friggin deaf! The phone drops calls, is very garbled on both ends and I cannot even call across the street!!! Seriously? What the heck is wrong with ya'll scamming and old lady like this?
You may want to describe what issues you are having with VOIP. It's not a good idea to start out angry and fighting -- you wouldn't want to help someone who is acting like you are in the post. And you are not being scammed -- you are having problems with the service. That's not a scam, that's an issue that can be resolved.
