Sara and **** are wonderful!

When we upgraded to Gen4, somehow my email got 'lost'. I couldn't send or receive email using Outlook as I had for 10+ years with Hughes. I fought tech support for over a month before deciding to post on Hughesnet's Face Book page. Once that was done, Sara somehow escalated my 'case' to Corporate and **** was awesome in getting my email transferred onto the new system. I cannot say enough about these two wonderful Hughes Net people. Thank you both (Ummmm.. using the name from Corporate keeps getting changed to **** but I hope the person knows I am grateful!)
