Sign in error " Secure Connection Failed The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." when trying to sign in to the support page https://hughesnet.skylogin.com

Oh yeah, sorry Mordacious, I did forget the actual question part, which should have asked something like " Why, when i try to sign in to  the HN support center, instead of being able  to click the sign in method of my choosing so that i get the the skynet pop up that logs me into that page that allows me to see my usage data by the hour instead i get " Secure Connection Failed The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." when trying to sign in to the support page https://hughesnet.skylogin.com

You can't use that direct link, have to sign in through one of the pages like here http://my.hughesnet.com/ then a popup will appear. Did you try resetting the modem?

Ah, duh, try resetting the modem. HAve to remember to try that first, that tends to correct 99.9 % of the issues.

Thanks guys, ill report back if that fixes the issue.

They appear to be rolling out a software upgrade, could have something to do with it, a reset will most likely solve it.

That did indeed correct the issue. Funny how i never can seem to remember to just try rebooting everything first, as that usually does the trick, as you both noted.

Writing a sticky note for my monitor, right next to the one with my password on it ( just kidding about that last one, i actually keep it under the mouse pad.)
