Transponder Oversubscription issues? In Sep 2020 the DOMOTZ/ FING box reported that the average DL/ UL speed was 12.5 Mbps/ 1.9 Mbps and in December 2020 the average DL/UL speeds were 9.6 Mbps/ 0.9 Mbps. For the 'TestMy.net tests we have a dedicated computer connected to the subscriber terminal with a CAT6e cable.

What you posted doesn't go anywhere. If you haven't done it already, please be sure to follow the required testing protocol, using the required manual file sizes, testing at different times of the day, and testing for several days.
Thanks! Now it' working. Not sure if the engineers will accept the file sizes for the upload tests, but it's good you've done tests over several days. Reps will be back tomorrow.
I would be sure to run the download tests with the multithreaded option turned Off, like you've been doing with your upload tests. Though multithreaded tests can be beneficial in many testing scenarios, it tends to skew the results of satellite internet. The engineers will likely want the default, non multithreaded test results, so it would be a good idea to change to such going forward.
You can turn multithreading off by clicking on the multithread option at the top of the page. When off, it should say "Multithread off".
