Slow and NO speed

I have had absolutely the worst service since connecting with Hughes net. I try to watch videos and they stop and go all the way thru it and rarely get on the internet due to no connection!

Preferably using a device that is directly connected to the HughesNet modem via LAN cable, what do you see listed for the State Code in the System Summary box near the top of the following System Control Center page?

 

http://192.168.0.1/#!/home/status

 

On the same page, what do you see listed for the Satellite Receive Signal Strength in the WAN Info box on the lower left?
