Last night we encountered some issues with your particular gateway, so I think tonight if you can run a couple of more tests and we'll look at the results tomorrow that would be best. I already have your account up and ready to escalate to engineering if tomorrows speeds are not better.
at 1.2 right now agian. It is towards the end of my data period and have quite a bit to spare, so did lots of speed tests over the past 24 hours can look at in my testmy.net profile which logged them..

At this moment we won't need anymore speed tests unless you feel there are times where it is absolutely necessary to record the speeds. Yesterday there was some work done on your beam which should have helped a little bit. Right now I sent an e-mail including a snippet of your speed test as well as the link to all of them for our engineers to review. I've also included your account information so they can perform tests or inspect your connection. I will let you know as soon as I have an update, which hopefully may have some updated information on the work that was done yesterday by the end of today.
