Slow internet

Up until recently, we have been able to watch Netflix. We just upgraded to the 5.0, and can't even get Netflix to load. When I tested our connection, we were at .0032 megabytes. I am connected through the new router. I can say, I am a year into our contract, and I will go back to exede, if I can't even watch Netflix and our speeds don't increase.

Because there are a few beams known to be having issues at present, what is your Satellite Name and Beam ID in the Satellite box on the lower right of the following page?
